Quick and easy green bean salad

Ingredients
600 g bobby beans
1 spring onion
100 g feta cheese
5 radishes
150 g smoked salmon
80 g walnuts
Vinaigrette:
Extra-virgin olive oil
A teaspoonful of honey
Half of a lemon
Mustard




Step by Step
Wash the green beans and steam until they are cooked al dente. Throw into a bowl and add the sliced spring onion and radishes, chunks of smoked salmon and, finally, the walnuts and slightly crumbled feta cheese. Dress with a vinaigrette made with extra-virgin olive oil, a teaspoonful of honey, a few drops of lemon and a pinch of mustard.
