Here are three dips for a fresh, healthy appetiser:
* goat’s cheese dip (natural yogurt, goat’s cheese, mustard and pepper vinaigrette)
* brandy dip (whipped cream cheese, a dash of brandy and mango balsamic glaze)
* aubergine dip (the flesh of an oven-baked aubergine, a dash of lemon, finely chopped garlic and nut vinaigrette).
