Regular spinach vs. Baby spinach
A little tip about spinach: If you buy fresh baby spinach in bags at the supermarket, you won’t need to cut it up. But if you buy a bunch of fresh spinach at the market, you’ll need to cut it up as it will be tougher and stringy.
All fresh spinach can be eaten raw. Always eat raw vegetables whenever possible, as they won’t have lost any of their vitamins.
